Project Description:

The project is construction of industrial buildings of petroleum process facility located 35 km northeast of Karabatan region, Atyrau, Republic of Kazakhstan. Scope of project is; fire station building, center control room, laboratory, mechanical workshop, electrical and instrumentation workshop, warehouse (2 ea), temporary refuges (2 ea), gate house and change room.

• Buildings: 11 ea
• Area (Closed): 17.014 m²
• Cladding Works: 28.410 m²

Civil works

• Concreting: 12.300 m³
• Road: 2.100 m² asphalt

Structural steel erection works

• Steel Erection: 1.120 ton

Equipment erection works

• 2,682 ea different size equipment

Piping works

• Aboveground Piping: 39.132 WDI welding
• Underground Piping: 12.179 WDI welding

Cable works

• Aboveground Cabling: 388.643 m
• Underground Cabling: 108.800 m
